AI Assistant helps retrieve and analyze information (read-only). Daily operations briefing and Guest Chat are add-ons. Approving a draft does not change bookings or rates by itself.

How to

1. Open AI Center from the sidebar for AI Assistant, proposals, daily summary, and usage.
2. AI Assistant: ask property questions—it does not create, change, or cancel bookings or refunds for you.
3. Approving an AI proposal only records review. Change rates, promotions, or rooms in the matching operations module.
4. Daily operations briefing (add-on): add verified recipient emails on AI Ops.
5. Website guest chat is an add-on and needs activation. Zalo/Facebook: coming soon—not OTA Channel Manager setup.

Notes

• A locked module usually means a missing add-on or permission—not a login failure.
• The separate AI Assistant product (Facebook/Zalo) is not PMS Channel Manager.
