What is free during trial?
Every plan you run on trial includes the first 3 months free (subscription) and free initial setup — including PMS and AI packages (AI Assistant / Guest Chat / AI Ops). After trial, published subscription and setup fees apply.
Does Starter include guest chat AI?
No. Starter includes internal Copilot for staff — Guest Chat is a separate add-on.
Tokens vs conversations?
Tokens = staff Copilot. Conversations = external guest chat (Guest Chat add-on).
Is Guest Chat instant after purchase?
Setup is required (KB, embed, channels). During trial, initial setup is free; after trial, published setup packages apply — we confirm scope in the demo.
Guest Chat overage pricing?
200₫/conversation or 100,000₫/500-pack — equivalent. Contact support to activate.
Is AI Ops in Starter?
No — AI Ops is a separate add-on, distinct from Copilot.
Prices include VAT?
