What is free during trial?
The standard trial is 30 days for one property, with no credit card and no automatic renewal. Selected Founding Hotels may receive up to 90 days with guided onboarding.
Does Starter include guest chat AI?
No. Starter includes internal Copilot for staff — Guest Chat is a separate add-on.
Tokens vs conversations?
Tokens = staff Copilot. Conversations = external guest chat (Guest Chat add-on).
Is Guest Chat instant after purchase?
Setup is required (knowledge base, web embed, and any connected channels). We confirm scope and channel availability during the demo.
Guest Chat overage pricing?
Overage is billed by your active Guest Chat tier at about 1.4× the included rate: GC Lite ₫1,400/conversation (or ₫700,000 / 500), GC Plus ₫950 (or ₫475,000 / 500), GC Scale ₫650 (or ₫325,000 / 500). Upgrade when volume is steady instead of relying on overage.
Is Daily Operations Briefing in Starter?
No — Daily Operations Briefing is a separate property-level add-on, distinct from staff AI Assistant. It provides one daily briefing and review-only drafts for approved properties.
Prices include VAT?
Listed prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added in the commercial agreement when required.
