Pricing Policy

StayLedger uses tiered PMS subscriptions (monthly VND list prices) plus optional add-ons. This website supports information, demos, quotes, contracts, and offline invoicing; there is no online checkout — paid activation is via sales/contract.

• STARTER: ₫290,000 / month (indicative) — up to 10 rooms, 1 property, 5 users
• GROWTH: ₫790,000 / month (indicative) — up to 30 rooms, 2 properties, 10 users
• PRO: ₫1,990,000 / month (indicative) — up to 80 rooms, 5 properties, 25 users
• BUSINESS: ₫3,990,000 / month (indicative) — up to 150 rooms, 10 properties, 50 users
• ENTERPRISE: Custom quote — unlimited (listed), unlimited (listed), unlimited (listed)

Each plan lists room, property, and user limits above. AI Guest Chat / AI Ops add-ons have separate quotas.

Website figures are indicative list prices. Enterprise/custom and some add-ons require a quote.

VAT may apply under applicable rules and is confirmed in the commercial agreement. Public pricing information states that VAT may apply under applicable regulations.

Billing frequency and trials are confirmed in quotes/contracts. Public marketing describes a trial period that may include the first three months without subscription fees and free initial setup for plans run on trial (including PMS and AI packages). Binding trial terms are confirmed at account setup. This website does not collect payment.

Promotions (if any) have their own terms and may end without marketing notice unless locked in a contract. The current trial offer (first three months free and free initial AI/PMS setup for trial plans) follows the terms confirmed during onboarding.

Plan changes go through sales or support. Partial-period billing and over-limit handling follow commercial agreements.

• AI Guest Chat pro: ₫790,000 / month — 1500 conversations
• AI Guest Chat business: ₫1,490,000 / month — 4000 conversations
• AI Ops basic: ₫700,000 / month — 60 automation runs
• AI Ops pro: ₫1,500,000 / month — 150 automation runs
• Booking Engine basic: coming soon — no public list price
• AI Guest Chat overage: ₫200/conversation or pack ₫100,000/500

StayLedger may update list prices. Existing subscribers are notified per contract; grandfathering applies only when contracted.

Executed contract pricing prevails over marketing pages if they differ.
