How to request cancellation
- Email [email protected] from an authorized account contact.
- Include property or account name, invoice or contract reference, and desired end date.
- We confirm receipt and the contractual effective date of cancellation.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation takes effect according to your subscription agreement (for example end of paid period). Notice windows, when specified, follow the contract.
When refunds may apply
Refund eligibility is defined in your subscription agreement. Common examples that may be considered include duplicate payment or documented payment error.
Numeric refund windows, when specified, follow the signed commercial agreement rather than a self-serve promise on this marketing site.
Typically non-refundable
- Consumed subscription periods already provided.
- Setup, account preparation, or custom professional services already delivered.
- Third-party costs (SMS, email, domain, AI usage packs) already incurred.
- Promotional or discounted fees stated as non-refundable in the offer.
Trial cancellation
Trials can usually be ended without charge for future paid periods if you cancel before conversion, subject to trial terms confirmed at account setup.
Monthly and annual plans
Monthly and annual cancellation rules follow the signed commercial terms. Annual plans may not be refundable on a time-allocated basis unless the contract says so.
Add-ons and third-party fees
Add-on fees and pass-through third-party costs are handled per the add-on schedule and supplier invoices.
Duplicate or erroneous payments
Contact support promptly with bank evidence. Confirmed duplicates or clear payment errors may be refunded or credited after verification.
Service unavailability caused by StayLedger
If a material outage is attributable to StayLedger and your agreement provides a remedy, we will apply that contractual remedy. Any service credit or remedy is subject to the applicable agreement.
Processing time
We aim to review refund requests promptly. Bank settlement times are outside StayLedger’s control. Processing timelines, when specified, follow your agreement.
Data after cancellation
- You may request a data export while your account remains accessible, subject to plan tooling and support assistance.
- After termination, retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy and contract.
Export and retention day counts, when specified, follow the contract.
