Current scope — what is not in production yet
StayLedger runs core PMS operations. Some sales channels and tax documents remain out of scope—stated clearly so teams do not expect them.

How to
- OTA Channel Manager: preview / stub only—not live Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, or Airbnb sync.
- Booking Engine: no public booking website inside the PMS yet.
- Vietnam tax e-invoices (HĐĐT): not supported; use internal invoice/PDF documents.
- Guest-document OCR is not the default SOP; photos are stored only when a property enables capture.
- Hard real-time sync is not claimed—data is updated centrally in one system.
