What every StayLedger plan includes
Monthly plans share the same core PMS modules. Plans differ by room, property, and user limits, plus AI Assistant token quota. Paid add-ons unlock guest chat, daily briefing email, and future booking/channel products.

How to
- GM dashboard — arrivals, departures, and operational alerts
- Reservations — create, confirm, check-in/out, cancel, room changes
- Guest profiles and booking history
- Inventory — rooms, room types, availability calendar, rate plans, promotions, stay restrictions
- Operations — housekeeping tasks, maintenance tickets, room matrix
- Finance — payments, refunds, internal invoices/PDF, manual reconciliation (not a bank feed)
- Reports — revenue, occupancy, guests, payments; CSV/PDF export with report:read
- Users, roles, and property settings (menus follow RBAC permissions)
- Webhooks for PMS events
- AI Assistant for staff (read-only Q&A; token quota per plan)
- On-demand AI daily summary inside admin (separate from paid Daily Operations Briefing add-on)
- AI drafts and proposals (review-only; does not change bookings or rates alone)
